What does the one-time purchase remove?
“Remove banners & ad breaks” permanently disables banners and occasional ad breaks. It is not a subscription. Voluntary videos to continue playing remain available. The current price is shown in the app before purchase.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Wobble Zoo’s settings and tap “Restore purchases”. Use the Apple Account from your original purchase and an internet connection. Your purchase activates again after successful confirmation.
My purchase is awaiting approval.
If purchase approval is pending, access activates automatically after Apple confirms it. You do not need to start another purchase.
Why is no video available?
Availability depends on your internet connection, privacy status and ad supply, among other factors. Voluntary videos may not always be available. You can always start a new round for free.
I need help with a charge.
Apple manages App Store billing. Find purchases and refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Gameplay and saved data
When does a round end?
When an animal falls below the platform. Animals resting sideways or upside down can stay in the tower. Each round can be continued at most once through a voluntary video.
Where are my records stored?
Your local records and settings stay on your device. Each difficulty has separate records. If you choose to enable Game Center and sign in, new rounds also count toward Apple’s online leaderboards. Existing local records are not uploaded retroactively. You can turn off automatic score submission in the app’s settings. Read more about Game Center and privacy.
Where can I change my privacy choices?
Where available, “Privacy options” in the app’s settings manages your Google consent choices. Change the separate App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining does not block the game. Read more in the privacy policy.
